Current pupil-to-desk ratio is 6:1; target is 2:1. Materials sourced locally from Kisumu carpenters — generating additional SME income.

Construction of 3 hand-pump boreholes serving 1,500 people in Baidoa, Somalia. Each borehole provides clean water within 500m of households, reducing waterborne disease and daily water-collection burden on women and children. Managed by local WASH committee with trained technicians.
